I had always wanted to make a Quiche and my mother always wanted to try one, so I thought to myself, why not make one and see how it goes! And it went very well, my mother loved and most importantly my kids loved it! It’s now a new dish that will be at our table many times to come. And the greatest part about Quiche is, you can make it any way you want with any meat, cheese, and veggie! Make it your own! I pray this dish finds it’s way to your breakfast table soon! Enjoy!!!
