The month of November offers a chance to reflect on what we are thankful for in our lives. Taking each day to reflect throughout the month will create a habit that will last generations. Take this month to give it a go! Daily take the time to think about the blessings you have.
Today I am thankful for a few things:
- new and old friends
- peppermint oil (yes, it is getting rid of my headache, gotta love hippie oils!)
- my family
So I know that is three, but what the hay, you don’t need to limit your thankfulness! Give it a go! Ask around the dinner table and see what blessings have come your way!
