Gluten Free Chicken Tenders

• 1 lb chicken strips/tenders
• 1 egg beaten
• 1/2 cup almond flour give or take
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3/4 tsp paprika
• 1/4 tsp coriander
• 1/4 ground cumin
*Can change the seasoning to any that are desired*
Preheat oven to 425. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Combine the almond flour and seasoning. Dip the chicken in egg and then coat in flour mixture. Bake for 16-18 minutes turning half way through.
