Pinto Bean Surprise Soup

1 16 oz bag of pinto beans
1 10 oz bag of black beans
2 tablespoons of apple cider
1 small block of pork salt
2 cans of tomatoes with chilies
46-52 oz of water
salt & pepper to taste

Go through the pinto and black beans and take out any bad ones, be careful sometimes you might find a little pebble.
Rinse the bean thoroughly, place in bowl and cover in water, set in frig overnight (helps take away some of the gas) Or you can just buy the beans in the cans or jars.
after beans have soaked overnight, re rinse the beans and place in the crock pot, add apple cider, tomatoes, pork salt, and add your water.
turn crockpot on high, for about 2 hours then turn on low for remaining 6 hours, you might have to add more water to your beans 1-2 times.
add salt & pepper to taste.
