Deep Dish Pizza (Dough)

1 ½ Cups Warm Water
3 ½ Cups Flour
½ Cup Cornmeal
½ Cup Canola oil
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2 ¼ teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

Ina a small bowl mix Yeast and water and set to the side.
In a mixing bowl combine Cornmeal, Canola Oil, Sugar, and Salt.
Mix well then add the yeast mixture.
Slowly add the flour till well mixed. Dough will be sticky.

Coat the dough with the Olive oil and place in a bowl to rise. About an hour.

Once the dough has doubled in size its time to make your pizza. Coat a cast iron pan with butter. (you can use a flat stone or any dish of your choice)
Bring the dough up the sides a bit to form a dish shape to hold the sauce and toppings. Top with your favorite toppings and bake 400° for a approx. 30 minutes. (depending on your oven and pan).
