Hot Pepper Steak Casserole

5-6 Banana peppers
chopped onion
1-8oz pkg of cream cheese
4oz of cheddar cheese- I used Velveeta
about 1-2 lbs of steak (I used filet Mignon)
Parmesan cheese

Cut hot peppers in 1/2 and take out seeds unless you like it really hot and cut in slices and lay in 8×12 baking dish.
Chop up some onion and sprinkle on top.
Take steak and layer that on top of peppers and onions.
Take cream cheese and slice and lay across top as shown.
Slice cheese and do the same.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. When done remove foil and mix up really well. Let sit for 5 minutes, mix again then serve. Enjoy! —
