Honey and Spicy Mustard Pork Loin

honey and spicy mustard pork loin

 

One pork loin roast, wash and pat dry.
drizzle with olive oil
Mix 1.5 parts honey with 1 part spicy brown mustard, juice of half a fresh orange, fresh ground back pepper, and sea salt. Liberally coat the roast. Roast uncovered at 350 until cooked (according to weight of loin). Let stand, slice and drizzle with remaining sauce.
