Roasted Honey Dijon Asparagus

1 bunch of asparagus
1 clove garlic, minced
3 T Olive Oil
4 T Spicy Brown Mustard (I used 2 T Gulden’s plus 2 T whole grain mustard)
2 t prepared horseradish
2 t honey

Preheat oven to 375

Cut about 1/2 inch off bottom of asparagus to remove tough ends. Spray a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and lay asparagus in pan. In a bowl combine all remaining ingredients. Spread mixture over asparagus and make sure all pieces are covered. Roast in oven at 375 for about 40 minutes.
