7-Up Cake

7 up cake


1 1/2 cups butter
3 cups sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour (sifted)
5 eggs
2 T lemon extract
3/4 cup 7-Up

Cream sugar and butter together and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, and beat well. Add flour, lemon extract and 7-Up beating well. Pour batter into well-greased and floured pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy!
