MOM’S LEGENDARY CASSEROLE DINNER

Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground Beef
2 Cups Of Fresh Broccoli
2 Small to Medium Potatoes
8 oz. Can of Tomato sauce
1 to 1 1/2 cups of Cheese
(Cheddar & Mozzarella; Shredded)

Directions;
Wash Hands!
Wash broccoli & potatoes!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Peel potatoes; then slice thinly
Break up Broccoli
Boil, in separate pots ,broccoli & potatoes
(about 7 to 8 minutes)
While veggies are boiling, cook ground beef and add a little salt and pepper.
Drain Grease
Mix Tomato Sauce up in meat
Drain(separately)potatoes & BROCCOLI
In a Casserole Dish LAYER;
1 LAYER OF MEAT MIXTURE
LAYER OF BROCCOLI
LAYER OF POTATOES
CHEESE
REPEAT(2 LAYERS EACH INGREDIENT)
PLACE IN PREHEATED 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES
TAKE OUT OF OVEN..LET REST 5 MINUTES
CALL THE FAMILY IN FOR DINNER & WATCH IT VANISH!!
