1 onion, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
8 oz. baby portobello mushrooms, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 lb hamburger
2 beef bullion cubes
3 cans crescent rolls
cheddar cheese to taste, grated
4 slices of bacon, diced
lettuce and tomatoes as desired
Cook onions in olive oil over medium heat until transparent.
Add mushrooms, cook for another 5 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for a few more minutes, set this mixture aside.
Cook hamburger, and then add the bouillon.
Mix the cooked hamburger with the onion/mushroom mixture, and set aside.
Line muffin tins with crescent rolls.
Fill the lined muffin tins with hamburger mixture, then top with cheese.
Bake according to crescent roll’s directions, 11-13 minutes at 375 degrees F
Cool on a rack.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes and bacon bits.
