Fruit Cookie

Sugar Cookie Dough rolled out and baked( temp and time on package)
Cool completely

Topping:
8 ounces of Cream Cheese Softened
1/2 cup of Sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 container Cool Whip Thawed
Assorted Fruit of your liking.

For topping: Blend cream cheese, sugar & Vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip.
Spread cream Cheese mixture over crust.
Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture.
Store in refrigerator.
