dirty beer shrimp

– 2 lbs. shelled & deveined shrimp
– 4 Tbsp. coconut oil
– 2 Tsp. minced garlic
– 1 Tsp. dried oregano
– 1 Tsp. dried basil
– 1 Tsp. dried thyme
– 1 Tsp. cayenne pepper
– 1/2 Tsp. crushed red pepper
– 1/2 Tsp. sea salt
– 1/2 Tsp. ground black pepper
– 1/2 can Beer

– Sauté garlic and herbs in coconut oil until garlic is slightly browned. Add shrimp stirring constantly until shrimp are pink and done. Pour in beer, simmer 1-2 minutes. Serve and Enjoy !!
