Crispy Garlic Chicken

3 – 4 Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 Sleeve Ritz Crackers
3 cups finely shredded cheese
2 eggs
½ cup milk
1 ½ TBL Granulated Garlic
1 TBL Paprika
½ TBL Onion Powder

1 can cream of chicken soup
3 TBS sour cream
3 TBS butter
½ TBS granulated garlic
Salt to taste


Pre heat oven to 375
Line baking pan with foil and spray with oil

Cut chicken breasts into 3 or 4 strips
Crush Ritz crackers very fine in a shallow dish. Mix in ½ TBS granulated garlic, paprika and onion powder
In separate dish beat eggs and milk
Dip chicken in egg and milk mixture. Shake off excess
Dredge chicken in crushed crackers
Roll Chicken in shredded cheese making sure cheese sticks to chicken. (you may have to press the cheese on the chicken)
Place Chicken on baking dish and cover with foil
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 – 10 minutes longer or until browned.
Spoon sauce over chicken just before serving

Wisk soup, sour cream, butter and garlic in a sauce pan adding enough milk to obtain the desired consistency. Heat on medium heat until hot. Drizzle over chicken before serving.

NOTE: To make Low Carb use crushed pork rinds and parm cheese instead of Ritz crackers
