1 medium head of cabbage
4 slices bacon
Heat grill press on medium high.
Cut slices across head of cabbage about 1/2″ thick.
Cut bacon slices in half.
Drizzle olive oil onto each steak of cabbage. Spread around and then season with your favorite seasonings.
Place oil side of steak onto heated grill press. Sprinkle more seasonings on side facing up now.
Put 2 halves of bacon on top each steak.
Close grill press and cook approx. 3-5 min. You just need the bacon to get cooked done to your liking.
Carefully remove and enjoy while hot!
