(makes about 6 cups)
5 C All-purpose Flour
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1C Vegetable shortening
In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
Cut the shortening into the dry mix with a fork or pastry cutter until totally mixed and crumbly.
Store in an airtight container.
Use in place of regular bisquick.
*shelf life is the same as your shortening, about 6 months.
