Meat Ball Casserole

meatball and garlic bread cassarole

 

 
8 slices Texas cut garlic bread
2 lbs ground meat (beef, pork, chicken, turkey) I used beef
1 tsp Italian seasoning 
3 cloves garlic
I can tomato sauce
1 cup low fat cheese
green onions 

Prepare meatballs with seasoning and fry until brown….then place in casserole dish and pour over the tomato sauce. Bake for 30-40 mins on 350. Take out and mix in half the cheese and place bread around the meatballs. Add remaining cheese to top and sprinkle with green onions. Return to oven for 5-7 mins (or until the bread is done enough for you)
