Drain and rinse the chickpeas and dry on paper towel, rubbing a little with another paper towel to remove the little outside casing on the outside.
Toss the chickpeas with a little olive oil and garlic salt and chili seasoning to your personal taste.
Roast on a baking sheet at 450º F for 30-40 minutes, watching close so they don’t burn. I stirred them a little halfway through.
let cool, and snack away! they are crunchy and yummy
