Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 ½ cups almond flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Turns Sea Salt
¼ Teaspoon Stevia ( can add more to taste if it is not sweet enough for you)
½ Cup Melted Butter
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
½ Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the almond flour, baking powder, sea salt, and stevia in a medium bowl and set aside.
In a small bowl, melt the butter. Then add the eggs and the vanilla extract and wisk it well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips and mix again.
Put scoops of mixture on the parchment paper.
Put in oven and cook for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.

Keep refrigerated for freshness. Simply pop in the microwave to warm them up. Enjoy!!

They will not change shape or spread out like a typical chocolate chip cookie so be sure to shape and place the amount you want for each cookie.

Also, taste test the batter before cooking. If the batter is not sweet enough for you just add more stevia.
