5-6 pound pork roast
8-10 apples peel, cored and cut wedges
1 cup of apple juice
1 large red onion, roughly chopped
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1. Place the apple juice , apples and onion into the bottom of a slow cooker, and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
2. Rub the pork roast with salt and pepper, and place it on the layer of apples and onions in the slow cooker, dust the top with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
3. Cook on High setting for 8 hours. Serve the roast topped with the apples, and onions.
