1 Can low fat crescent rolls
2 oz Cream Cheese
2 oz Neufchatel (low fat cream cheese)
2 Tbsp Sugar
Blueberries (about 1/4 C)
Preheat oven (or toaster oven) to 375 degrees
In small bowl, add Cheese and Sugar- mix well.
Roll out dough and separate into 4 rectangles.
Pinch diagonal seam together to make 1 piece of dough
On each rectangle, spread 1 Tsp cream cheese mixture, don’t take it totally to the edges, leave 1/4 to 1/2 inch uncovered all the way around.
Place blueberries on cheese mixture.
Fold up the four corners of the pastry, overlapping them in center.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, 13-15 minutes, until golden brown or your preferred darkness.
(I used no stick aluminum foil liner)
