1/3 block of cream cheese beat on high speed until smooth and creamy
3/4 – 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and whip with wire mixer until peaks form
Add some Stevia…I used about 2 Tbsp
1 heaping Tbsp Cocoa powder
Mix until smooth
I popped mine in the freezer while I was cooking supper and it was like a mousse type ice cream…Delicious!!
