1 Spaghetti Squash
1 Jar of Trader Joe’s Marinara Sauce (or your sauce of choice)
1 Package of Trader Joe’s Chicken Sausage with Basil (or your meat of choice)

Heat oven to 350 degree F.
Wash Spaghetti Squash and cut in half length wise.
Remove and discard the seeds & strings.
Roast Spaghetti Squash halves in the oven for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Once cooled, take a fork and remove the contents from the vegetable down to the outer skin. It will look like mini-spaghetti. Place into an unheated pot.
While the Spaghetti Squash is in the oven, grill Chicken Sausage until down. Mine take 12 minutes to cook.
Once the Chicken Sausage is cooked, remove from the pan or grill and slice into small pieces. Mix the sausage with the spaghetti squash until the sausage is mixed throughout.
Open the jar of marinara sauce and pour into the pot, mixing the contents until the marinara sauce is mixed evenly. Turn on the fire beneath the pot to medium heat and allow the ingredients to heat-up and your done!
