Frozen Peach Dessert

1 c. whipped topping
1 c. peaches, no juice (pulse in blender or dice finely)
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 graham cracker rectangles
8 oz. cream cheese
3 full graham cracker rectangles (for crust) or use graham cracker crust
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Crush 1 1/2 graham crackers finely. Mix them into remaining ingredients, reserving the other 3 graham crackers. Mix well with wire whisk or mixer.

Break remaining graham crackers into quarters and lay in a square 8×8 pan.

Pour peach mixture into pan on top of graham crackers.

Place pan in freezer for at least 2 hours until pie freezes firmly. Enjoy
