This is great recipe. You can serve it in a Tortilla Wrap, on a bed of lettuce or rice. Or garnish with cheese, sour cream or ranch dressing. The options are endless!!
11 oz. can Mexican Corn
15.5 oz. can Black Beans
14 oz. Cooked cubed Chicken
I package of Taco seasoning (sodium reduced)
1/2 cup of water
►Cook cubed chicken in a skillet the add seasoning with water. Once it cooks down add corn and beans. Let is simmer for a few minutes.
