4 Chicken Breast
1 Cup Ricotta cheese
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese ( freshly grated )
1 Tbl Italian Seasoning
8 ozs Tomato Sauce
Pound out chicken breast until they are flat.
Combine cheese’s and Italian season mixing well until blended.
Spread cheese mixture on top of flatened chicken breast and start
on one end and roll up. Place in your skillet or baking pan, cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake another 15 minutes. Top with tomato sauce and let stand 10 minutes.
All ingredients are to taste.. add or subtract according to your taste.
