4 C Kale chopped
1 Medium Onion sliced thin
2 T Olive Oil
6 Slice Rye Bread
6 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
Sautee kale and onions in olive oil until onions are lightly brown and tender. Divide mixture evenly and spread onto rye slices. Place 1 slice of cheese on each piece. Place under broiler for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
Yum…Enjoy!!
