4 c. pancake mix (just add water kind)
water according to directions
1 small can green chilies
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. crumbled bacon (fresh or packaged)
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic seasoning (or your choosing)
1/2 c. maple syrup
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place 12 liners in muffin pan. Spray liners with cooking spray.
Mix water and pancake mix together well. You want it thickened as if making muffin mix. Add all other ingredients and combine well.
Bake about 25 min or until toothpick inserted comes out clean and tops are browned. Muffins should be springy when touched & browned.
Serves: About 20 muffins
