2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 tbs EVOO
6 large mushrooms, chopped or cut in slices
2 handfuls cut up broccoli
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
3-4 small sweet peppers of your choice
1 onion cut up
2 celery sticks
handful of sweet peas
1 pack oriental stir fry power
I did not use rice or noodles, but you can if you wish!
cook chicken in 2 tsp EVOO till no longer pink then add your vegetables, i used a little water in mine to help the vegetable cook, covered!
When Vegetables are close to being done to your liking, add the Oriental Stir fry power for flavor! Simmer on low heat till sauce thicken approx 2 mins) and ENJOY!
