Put about a tablespoon of olive oil in skillet.
Season pork chops on both sides. Place in hot skillet. Put 2 lemon slices on each chop. Cover and slowly cook on medium low heat.
After about 5 minutes, remove lemon slices and turn chops over. Replace lemon slices onto the flipped sides of chops. Cover and cook for about another 5-7 minutes or until done to your liking.
