Spinach and Kale

spinach and kale

 

1 cup baby spinach
1 cup baby kale
4 cloves of garlic
4 large chopped mushrooms
1/2 onion chopped
2 tbs EVOO

(You can add any other vegetable you like )

Add 2 table spoons of EVOO ( extra virgin olive oil ) garlic, onion and mushroom, simmer for 2 mins or so, then add you spinach and kale and simmer till the spinach and kale turn a dark green. ( it only take about 2 mins)
stir often!
