I usually end up with extra herbs and decided to try this. I had Spinach and Dill and both worked out really well. Give it a try. And Remember to Share on your Timeline to Save….
Use a paper towel and spread the dill or other herbs without flowers in a single layer to dry leaves by microwaving. Microwave the herbs on high for about 3 minutes. I dry in 1 minute increments to make sure I don’t overdo it. Remove the dried leaves from the stems. Store in an airtight container or zip-lock baggies away from light.
