Tam-Tams Country Style Pork Chops

4-6 Pork Chops
2 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup (I use low fat, low sodium)
2 cans of water
1 pack of fresh sliced mushrooms
1 bag of mini carrots
1 sliced green pepper
1 sliced red pepper
1 sliced onion
2 tbsps thyme
salt & pepper to taste

Put pork chops in roasting pan, add carrots, mushrooms, peppers and onion. In a bowl, whisk together mushroom soup, water and seasoning. Pour over pork and vegetables. Cook in the over at 375-400 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Serve as is or over steamed rice
