3.5 pound pork loin,rub
1/2 tsp of olive oil on the top and bottom of the roast. Justin’s dry rub mix
ingredients for the dry rub are:
2 tbsp of dried rosemary
2 tbsp of onion powder
1 tbsp of salt and pepper
1 tbsp of smoked paprika
1/2 tsp of dried mustard
1/2 tsp. of sugar
Blend all rub spices in a blender. Rub mixed spices on the top and bottom of the pork loin. Place in a Pyrex baking dish uncovered in 350 oven bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Let the roast rest before slicing for 10 minutes. This is an incredible moist roast.
