1 boneless pork loin (abt 4 pounds)
12 oz of apple jelly
1/2 cup water
1/2 garlic powder
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp seasoned salt
Cut the roast in half and place in a 5 qt slow cooker. In a separate bowl mix the jelly, water and minced garlic. Beat vigorously until mixed well. Pour over the pork Loin.
Sprinkle with parsley, salt and garlic powder.
Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or until meat is tender. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
Serve with your favorite side dish. It is also good on kaiser rolls for pulled pork sandwiches.
