8 cups of quick oats
1 cup coconut oil, melted
1 cup honey
2/3 cup Stevia
1 cup flax seed, ground
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup cocoa powder
1 small package of coconut, toasted lightly
1 small package Dark Mini-chocolate chips
1 tablespoon vanilla
Mix oats, Stevia, flax seed, wheat germ, and cocoa powder together. Stir in coconut and chocolate chips.
In a small bowl, mix coconut oil, honey and vanilla together, then stir into the oat mixture. Spray 2 baking pans and spread granola mixture into the pans, pressing it down firmly. Bake at 325˚ for 15 min, stir and bake for another 15 minutes. Let cool completely, store in an airtight container.
Serve with milk or almond milk for a hearth healthy, delicious breakfast.
This is healthy on so many levels, and really delicious. You can easily cut it in half but I made the entire recipe because it is so YUMMY!
