2 (8oz) cream cheese
1 cup of diced dill pickles
1/2 cup of dill pickle juice
1 tsp of minced onion
Dash of salt (optional)
Combine the cream cheese and pickle juice, blending till smooth. Add your pickles, onions and salt. Mix well. May add more juice and pickles until proper dipping consistency. Chill and serve.
Use dippin veggie chips to go with it.
