Dry rub for ribs( can be used for chicken as well)
1 Tbs. Brown sugar
1/1/2 tsp. White sugar
1/1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage
3/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

BBq sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1/2 tsp. hot chilly powder

rub the Rub on ribs and baked at 250 for 2 hours then add BBQ sauce
to them and bake at 350 now for a half hour and add more sauce then bake another half an hour !!
