Jenn’s Pineapple Cream Pie

SHARE this great recipe, it has condensed milk in it, condensed milk is like bacon good with anything! 

Filling:
3-6oz packages of cream cheese
14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 egg yolks
1 can crushed pineapple

Beat cream cheese until smooth, add remaining ingredients and beat until combined pour in baked pie crust

Meringue:

3 egg whites
3 tbs sugar
a few dashes of cream of tartar

Beat egg whites until frothy add sugar and cream of tartar beat until stiff peaks top pie with meringue and bake at 375 degrees for 5-10 mins Refrigerate until firm.
