Twice Baked “Spiral” Potatoes

Ingredients:
4 Potatoes
1 bottle Greek dressing (or Italian, main thing is it is oil based)
2 ounces of Sharp Cheddar Cheese (can be regular or mild Cheddar)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
OPTIONAL
1 lb of Ground Beef (hamburger meat)
1 can Spaghetti Sauce (I used the .99 store brand)

Equipment:
Knife
Cutting Board
Bowl
Baking Sheet
Aluminum Foil

Cover the baling sheet with aluminum foil. Pour dressing into a bowl deep enough and wide enough to hold a potato. Heat over to 400 degrees.
Cut potatoes almost all the way through. Slightly spread apart the slices and submerge into dressing, coating potato outside and in between the slices. Drain off excess. Place potato on aluminum foil cover baking sheet.
Place baking sheet with potatoes into oven and back for 40 minutes.
See option. Once potatoes have baked for 40 minutes remove from oven. Now you can add the option and top with cheese or just top with cheese. Once this accomplished, place potatoes back into oven until the cheese melts. Sprinkle pepper on top and serve.
OPTION
While potatoes are baking, get a pot and brown the ground beef. Once beef is browned, add the spaghetti sauce. Now remove from heat. Set aside for later.
