1 pound small shrimp
2 portobello mushrooms
3 tbls. Chopped onion
Bread stuffing mix
2 eggs

Remove button on mushrooms scrape out black.
Drizzle olive oil inside of mushroom…set aside
Mix small shrimp with onion and bread mix. Beat eggs and mix with shrimp and bread mix. Season with your choice of seasonings. Spoon in the shrimp mix in center of mushroom and keep filling it until full. I had some extra so I really piled it up. Bake in 350* oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Depending on oven. Just when about done sprinkle some cheese on it and let it melt…my husband loves these. If you don’t like fish use sausage or beef. Enjoy I have to go and put mine in the oven lol
