1 bag of frozen tortellini
1/2 small bag of fresh spinach
2 cans of Italian style diced tomatoes
1 box or 4 cups or vegetable broth
1 block of cream cheese
1lb Italian Sausage
Place all ingredients EXCEPT Italian Sausage in crockpot, chunking up the cream cheese. Cook on low for 4 hrs. On hour 4, fry up Italian sausage and add to crockpot, stir carefully as to not damage shells. Cook in crock pot 1 hour more. Then Serve and Enjoy the BEST SOUP EVER!!!!
