large tortillas (6)
1 lb. ground turkey
1 pkg. Taco seasoning
1 pkg. grated cheese (I use Mexican blend)
1 can refried beans
salsa (I use mild) or can of diced tomatos

Brown meat and add taco seasoning. In pie pan layer 1 tortilla then spread 1/2 can refried beans. Layer another tortilla; layer 1/2 meat mixture, some salsa and sprinkle cheese. Add another tortilla and cover with cheese.

In another pie pan do the same, this is enough for 2 pies.
Bake for 20 minutes on 350F in preheated oven.
Serve with a dallop of light sour cream, leftovers are great microwaved!
