OMG…I would gobble these UP! YUM!!!

4 slices bacon, halved
8 sea scallops
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
8 toothpicks
fresh chives
Combine lemon juice, ginger, onion slices in a bowl. Add scallops and stir around and let sit for 30 minutes.
Microwave bacon for approx 2 minute until partially cooked.
Wrap a slice of bacon around a scallop and secure with a toothpick.
Place scallops on a wired tray and spoon lemon/ginger mixture over each scallop.
Place scallops under grill for 2 ½ minutes each side.
Garnish with chives.
