3 1/2 pounds pork loin back ribs
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons liquid smoke
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
Spray the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray.
To make marinade: place brown sugar, salt, pepper, liquid smoke & garlic into a bowl and mix.
Place one row of ribs into the slow cooker – baste with marinade and then top with onions.
Repeat this process until slow cooker is full.
Pour coke over ribs until covered.
Cook for about 8 hours until the meat is tender. Remove ribs from cooker.
Place ribs on a baking sheet and baste with BBQ Sauce.
Cook on low for about an hour in your oven.
