***The simplest crock pot meal in existence!!!! PUT THESE IN THIS MORNING FOR TONIGHT!
3 boneless chicken breasts 1½ cups favorite salsa 2 tablespoons taco seasoning (my recipe to follow or use store bought)
Put crock pot on low, add chicken breast, seasoning then 1 cup of salsa for 6 hours.
Take a fork and shred chicken and add last ½ cup of salsa and mix.
Heat another 30 minutes to an hour.
Juli’s taco seasoning
1 Tablespoons chili powder
¼ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne or red pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon garlic
Juli’s Cilantro Lime Avocado Cream
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 good squeeze lime juice (1 teaspoon appx)
2 heaping tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons or more water
Blend all ingredients except water, in a mini food processor. Scrape sides and add water 1 tablespoon at a time. Blend and repeat until desired consistency.
1 bag of frozen tortellini
1/2 small bag of fresh spinach
2 cans of Italian style diced tomatoes
1 box or 4 cups or vegetable broth
1 block of cream cheese
1lb Italian Sausage
Place all ingredients EXCEPT Italian Sausage in crockpot, chunking up the cream cheese. Cook on low for 4 hrs. On hour 4, fry up Italian sausage and add to crockpot, stir carefully as to not damage shells. Cook in crock pot 1 hour more. Then Serve and Enjoy the BEST SOUP EVER!!!!
You will Need:
1 -16oz pkg. Rigatoni pasta
1 1/2 lbs of ground beef
1- small onion chopped
4- cups of mozzarella shredded cheese
2- 15 oz cans of pizza sauce
1- 10 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
1- 8oz pkg. sliced pepperoni
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
Cook your pasta…meanwhile brown your ground beef and chopped onion.
Drain your pasta and place it in your crock pot
In a med. bowl ….mix your pizza sauce, cream of mushroom, shredded cheese, pepperoni and hamb.
After it is mixed well..then transfer it to the crockpot and mix well with pasta…..cook on low setting for 2 -3 hours
1 pound lean ground beef
10 (6 inch) corn tortillas, quartered
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 1/4 cups water
1 (12 ounce) jar chunky salsa
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
4 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
Crumble the ground beef into a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until evenly browned. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
In a medium bowl, stir together the salsa, cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup. Mix in most of the cheese, reserving 3/4 cup for later.
Place a layer of tortillas covering the bottom of a slow cooker. Scoop a layer of the ground beef over that, and then spoon a layer of the cheese mixture. Repeat the layers until you run out of stuff, ending with a layer of tortillas on the top. Top with remaining cheese.
Cover, and cook on High for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
